Estimated Delivery Time: Within the UAE orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 working days through a trusted courier service. We also offer same day shipping depending on location and time of receipt of order. We try our best to ship on time but in some cases delayed shipping due to inevitable circumstances may occur. International orders are dispatched once you approve the shipping charges. For all international orders delivery time may vary depending on location, the same will be initially communicated for your approval.

Acknowledgment of Receipt: We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods in the condition you have acknowledged receipt passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Fluffy Panda General Trading FZE and/or its shipping partners and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Taxes & Duties: Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges, please contact your local customs office. For all domestic orders (within UAE) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.
Tracking Details: Once your shipment is booked tracking details will be shared with you . Kindly check your message/ email for regular updates. If the tracking details sent do not provide sufficient information or if it shows message as ‘Contact Customer Care’ or anything else, please contact Courier customer care from their website, they will help you in delivery according to your convenience.
